Donmar Warehouse Appoints Henny Finch As Executive Producer The Donmar Warehouse today announces the appointment of Henny Finch as the new Executive Producer from 7 January 2019, succeeding Kate Pakenham. Henny will support and work alongside newly appointed Artistic Director Michael Longhurst in the creative and organisational running of The Donmar Warehouse, ahead of his first season in 2019.

Henny Finch is currently Executive Director of Hofesh Shechter Company, which she joined in May 2016. After an early career as an artists' agent and in fundraising, Henny joined ACT Productions and worked on the general management of many West End plays and musicals, specialising in the commercial transfer of projects that had been initiated in the subsidised sector.

In 2005 Henny joined Oxford Stage Company as Executive Director. Alongside Artistic Director Rupert Goold they rebranded and created the renowned touring theatre company Headlong. Projects that she produced there include:?1984?adapted and directed by Robert Icke and Duncan MacMillan, which has now played to over 700,000 people worldwide;?Enron?by Lucy Prebble, directed by Rupert Goold;?Chimerica?by Lucy Kirkwood, directed by Lyndsey Turner; and?People, Places & Things?by Duncan MacMillan, directed by Jeremy Herrin. Between 2009 and 2015, she transferred nine projects to the West End or Broadway, winning eleven Olivier Awards. She has led Hofesh Shechter Company through a period of strategic change and has produced a worldwide programme including Hofesh's Grand Finale, SHOW, East Wall (at the Tower of London) and a film of Clowns, which was broadcast on BBC Two in September.

Henny is a Clore Fellow and a trustee of the Unicorn Theatre.

Speaking about Henny's appointment Michael Longhurst, Artistic Director Designate of The Donmar Warehouse, said: "I am so delighted that Henny will be joining us as Executive Producer.
