Casey, Dann and More Cast In Chocolate Factory's FORBIDDEN BROADWAY, From June 2014

Anna-Jane Casey, Sophie-Louise Dann, Damian Humbley and Ben Lewis will star in New York's longest running comedy revue, FORBIDDEN BROADWAY, which returns to the Chocolate Factory from 19 June. This updated version of the show showcases some of the best productions from both Broadway and the West End, including The Book of Mormon, Once, Matilda, Wicked and Miss Saigon!

Anna-Jane Casey's credits include Billy Elliot (Victoria Palace), Spamalot (Playhouse),Company (Crucible, Sheffield), Sunday in the Park with George and the 2009 production ofForbidden Broadway (both at the Menier Chocolate Factory).

Sophie-Louise Dann will soon be seen in Closer Than Ever at Jermyn Street Theatre. Her other credits include Sunday in the Park with George (Chatelet, Paris), Lend Me a Tenor - the Musical (Gielgud; Olivier Award nomination for Best Supporting Role in a Musical) andForbidden Broadway (Menier Chocolate Factory).

Damian Humbley starred as Charley Kringas in the Menier Chocolate Factory's Olivier Award winning production of Merrily We Roll Along. Damian played Seymour in the UK tour of the Chocolate Factory's production of Little Shop of Horrors. His other theatre credits include Company (Crucible, Sheffield) and Lend Me a Tenor - the Musical at the Gielgud Theatre and The Last Five Years at the Chocolate Factory.

Ben Lewis last appeared as the Governor and Vanderdendur in Candide at the Menier. Other credits include Therese Raquin (Finborough), the Australian productions of Love Never Dies, A Little Night Music (Opera Australia) and the Spamalot and Priscilla -- Queen of the Desert.

The production will be directed by New York director Phillip George. His credits include:Shout!, The Road to Qatar (York Theatre Company), Forbidden Broadway Goes to Rehab, Forbidden Broadway SVU, Forbidden Hollywood, Whoop-Dee-Doo (Drama Desk Award, Best Musical Revue) and Forbidden Broadway Twentieth Anniversary Edition. With his longstanding collaborator Peter Morris, Phillip also wrote Frankly Scarlett, which played at the Kings Head Theatre

Musical director Joel Fram, who was the musical director for the 2009 production of Forbidden Broadway at the Chocolate Factory, has worked extensively in New York and London. He has been the musical supervisor of the London production of Wicked and on Broadway has conducted Wicked, The Sweet Smell of Success and The Music Man, amongst others. He created the 12-hour Wall to Wall Sondheim at the Symphony Space in New York to celebrate Sondheim's 75th birthday.

Morgan Large (set & costume design) has designed Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Novello), Othello(Sheffield Theatres) and the Olivier Awards from 2006 to 2013.

Sound design is by Gareth Owen who recently won an Olivier Award for the Menier production of Merrily We Roll Along. Other awards include Tony nominations for A Little Night Music and End of the Rainbow and an Olivier nomination for End of the Rainbow. Gareth designed the sound for I Can't Sing!
