Jesus Christ Superstar is a sung-through rock opera retelling the passion of Jesus Christ, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice and first performed in 1971. The production is directed and choreographed by Caryn Hamilton, with co-choreography and dance supervision by Erik Hamilton, who recently completed a two-year run with the First National Tour of MJ the Musical. Music direction is by Ellis Hamilton, a film scorer and Billboard smooth jazz artist, leading a cast of 33. Heart House Inclusive Productions Inc. is an inclusive theatre company that includes actors and crew members of all abilities in every mainstage production.
