For the Record: A Love Letter to DC is a wine reception and vinyl listening session hosted by Charvis Campbell, co-owner of Home Rule Records and co-founder of the Home Rule Music and Film Preservation Foundation. The event explores how music, place, and community shape identity and a sense of belonging, with a focus on the sounds and cultural touchstones that define DC's enduring legacy as Chocolate City. It is presented as a Constellation Event in partnership with the Home Rule Music and Film Preservation Foundation, orbiting Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company's world premiere production A Fine Madness, created and performed by Justin Weaks.
