The season will also bring a musical tribute to African music, dance, and history with the international production of Songs of Migration; the return engagement of Druid Theatre Company in DruidMurphy, a three-play celebration of the writer Tom Murphy featuring the plays Famine, A Whistle in the Dark, and Conversations on Homecoming; as well as the sixth season of Barbara Cook's Spotlight series, individually showcasing five Broadway performers in a cabaret style.
