New York City's acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series will head to Washington D.C. on April 15th at 8pm, honoring two major legends of pop with Broadway Sings Beyoncé & Bruno Mars. The one-night-only concert will feature completely new arrangements of the hits of these two groundbreaking artists, accompanied by a spectacular band playing original orchestrations.

The concert will feature the talents of Corey Mach (Wicked, Godspell), Sydney Morton (Jersey Boys, American Psycho), Jelani Remy (currently "Simba" in The Lion King on Broadway), and Natalie Weiss (Wicked, Everyday Rapture).

The concert will give tribute to both of these musical innovators and their greatest songs, including Beyoncé's "Single Ladies", "Halo", and "Irreplaceable", and Bruno Mars' "Grenade", "When I Was Your Man", and "Marry You". The music is orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes.

As a solo artist, Beyoncé has sold over 100 million records, making her one of the best-selling music artists of all time. She has won 20 Grammy Awards and is the most nominated woman in the award's history. Bruno Mars has sold more than 130 million singles. He has received two Grammy Awards and was named one of Time Magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2011.

Broadway Sings Beyoncé & Bruno Mars, produced and directed by Corey Mach (Invisible Thread, Wicked), will celebrate the success and talent of these legendary and influential artists. More information about the series can be found online: www.broadwaysingsconcert.com or @BroadwaySings.
