Dorset County Orchestra's Summer Concert features the evocative 'The Sea, Fantasy for Orchestra' by Glasunov as well as the popular 'Hebrides Overture' by Mendelssohn. The orchestra will also perform Mendelssohn's Scottish Symphony with its wonderful folk like melodies combined with a dark, misty and sometimes stormy atmosphere. Conducted by the dynamic Arturo Serna and led by Bärbel Glaser, this concert is sure to capture everyone's imagination.
