Wilson's Stage announces its upcoming presentations, from July 22 to August 13.

The Wilton's Magic Show:
Katherine Rhodes does some of her classic tricks as well as a new few she has been working on especially for Wilton's. This show is a winner for littlies and oldies alike.

Ice and Fire present "On a clear day you can see Dover":
For a special one off (and only advertised to our mailing list) local theatre company, Ice and Fire, are previewing a new docu/theatre piece based around the growing humanitarian crisis of destitute migrants in Calais. This is the third play in a series of documentary scripts about migration and weaves together factual information and testimonies gathered from interviews. "We're standing 21 miles from the British coast. On a clear day you can see it. They feel they are close to their dream of reaching England" -French Refugee Aid Worker.

The Kreutzer Quartet present "Brahms & Dvorak":
Still exhilarated from the heat of the Rochberg / Schubert concert we now present Brahms' epic B Flat Quartet, alongside Dvorak's classic Quintet with the wonderful young bassist, Rachel Meerloo. New work by David Blake will also be performed. For more information about the musicians and music please click here

Transition Opera present "O Miei Giorni (Oh My Days!)":
The agony and ecstasy of first love is explored in these songs by Jacopo Peri (1561 - 1633), the composer often credited as the inventor of opera itself. Transition celebrate the joy and radiance of these songs, setting them against the backdrop of a long summers vacation, with film, animation and live interactive video. "Startlingly original... bright, imaginative... fresh and fascinating" - Observer.
Supper will be available in the bar from 6pm.
5th & 7th August, 8:00pm, £15.

"In My Room" a Digital Party in conjunction with Transition:
This is an open house evening of interactive, filmic art and music in the auditorium. It will be a celebration of the new cult of bedroom artists, a movement that includes new bands who only record in their bedrooms. This will be a rare and free opportunity to explore Wilton's Music Hall in a completely different way.
6th August, 7:00pm, FREE.

The Kreutzer Quartet present "Bach: Sonatas and Partitas":
Peter Sheppard Skærved brings his renowned reading of the Bach solo works back to Wiltons. Peter plays on a Stradivari and bow previously owned by the great Joseph Joachim, who famously popularised these works in the 19th Century, and whose playing and compositions had a profound influence on the work of Schumann, Mendelssohn and Brahms.
Tea and cakes will be available throughout this informal performance. 8th August, pre-concert talk 3:30pm, music at 4:00pm, Tickets £15 full price inc. tea and cakes, £12 w/out, £10 conc.

The Night Shift:
The Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment's innovative late-night series, The Night Shift, will be coming to Wilton's for the first time. The 9pm concert features energetic yet beautiful Baroque music by Purcell and Handel, and there's a support act at 8pm and DJ afterwards.
13th August, 8:00pm, £15, £12, £4.
