Unstoppable Indie-Rock Band AT PAVILLON Releases 'Lions' Including Remixes By IS TROPICAL & CIO.

Austrian four-piece AT PAVILLON have just released a remix package titled 'Lions' with interpretations by artists and producers IS TROPICAL, MYNTH, CIO and EHYT set for release on September 7th via LasVegas Records.

Is Tropical are a London-based electronic-rock quartet originally formed back in 2009. Since the band's inception, Is Tropical initially received praise and won a UK Music Video Awards 2011 for the single and accompanying music video for "The Greeks" taken from their debut album Native To, directed by French directors Megaforce, which quickly went viral with nearly 3.5 million plays to date on YouTube, and over 10 million plays on Chinese YouTube. The video was critically praised and has won several awards such as The Antville Music Video Awards 2011, D&AD Yellow Pencil Award 2012, and an Artrocker Award, skyrocketing the band to further success; they were soon signed to French music and fashion label Kitsuné, whom they have released most of their music through. In April 2013, Is Tropical became one of the first Western bands to play in Mongolia. Their trip was filmed by Noisey with a 2 parts documentary and in an article by The Guardian.

MYNTH is an electronic duo based in Vienna, made up of twins Mario and Giovanna Fartacek. The siblings have shared their whole lives together and it is nearly impossible to put into words the special connection they have with each other. The result is MYNTH. Their music can be described as a mixture of trip-hop beats and skew analog synth-sounds, with vocals that are both fragile and emotionally charged at the same time. Their first EP "Polar Night", which was written and produced in the depth of Norwegian winters, was released on SEAYOU RECORDS, along with their debut album "Plaat ||". The duo immediately drew attention on the Austrian music scene, where they emerged as one of the best newcomers of 2015 and won the Amadeus Austrian Music Award 2017 in the category for Electronic/Dance.

CIO is an austrian singer, songwriter, musician and record producer from Vienna. He first received recognition in 2011, parting the music duo Maur Due & Lichter. As solo-artist, he concentrates on soulful electronic music with acoustic elements and dreamy vocal lines.

Upper Austrian producer EYHT combines crazy vocal chops, distorted bass sounds and exciting drum rhythms, which you won't easily forget. Hence, the single "Lions" gets a new skin, that is shining in its most beautiful way under the influence of Future House and Dubstep.

At Pavillon have been making waves since their inception and have really shown the gold that they're made of with their debut single 'All Eyes On You', which was released early this year via Las Vegas Records. The band's first single also blew up in Europe and received substantial airplay from radio stations in Austria, France, Poland and Germany. At Pavillon's next single, released only a few months after their first, titled 'Stop This War', proved even more successful and was presented on the popular Austrian late-night TV show Willkommen Österreich. The track earned the band a huge amount of praise for its ambitious music video, as well as for the mood and message of the song and secured At Pavillon a slot at Austria's biggest music festival, Frequency. The talented group of musicians are already working on their 2019 releases, which will include their first ever full-length and much-anticipated album 'Believe Us'.

The band is made up of four talented young men and known by many as a bunch of romantic rebels in matching button-up shirts, all four of the members of At Pavillon hail from Vienna and have an incredible chemistry, on and off stage. The band formed in 2014 and have been working hard ever since; now that they've reached great heights in the Austrian scene, the band are spreading their wings and hope to spark interest in other countries around the globe.

With each artist turning the original track "Lions" upside down on it's own head, Is Tropical deliver a danceable delight, ripe with buzzing synthesizers, steady percussive beats and huge basslines that pulse through each bone in your body. MYNTH's captivating interpretation spills with heavy basslines, arpeggio synths and solid vocal manipulation, while producer CIO takes a steadier approach with dreamy atmospheres and concise mixing, while colourful melodies pour straight from the heart. Austrian producer EHYT leans on the experimental side; fluttering synths, redefined drum beats, soaring bass, guitar and wonderfully clear production.
