SAINT JOAN Screened Live to The Berry Theatre in February
On Thursday 16th February National Theatre Live streams the Donmar Warehouse's Saint Joan straight to The Berry Theatre.
Gemma Arterton stars as Joan of Arc alongside Rafe Spall, directed by Josie Rourke (Les Liaisons Dangereuses) in Bernard Shaw's classic play that follows the life and trial of a young country girl who declares a bloody mission to drive the English from France. As one of the first Protestants and Nationalists, she threatens the very fabric of the feudal society and the Catholic Church across Europe.
With electrifying performances from all and an immersive narrative, Joan of Arc is not-to-be-missed. Streaming live to The Berry Theatre this spring, tickets are £12 with £10 concessions. To book yours visit www.theberrytheatre.co.uk or phone the Box Office on 023 8065 2333.
