Mental health campaigner and TV star Ruby Wax is heading to Warrington this week on a mission to help people enjoy happier and healthier lives.
Based on her best-selling book, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, this frank but funny show takes audiences on a guided tour of the mind, offering tip-top advice on how to use it, not lose it.
The much-loved American comedian and writer is best known for her incredibly successful books and TV shows, including her role as script editor of favourite sitcom Absolutely Fabulous.
However, Ruby is also highly regarded as a mental health campaigner, and even holds a Master's degree in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy from Oxford University.
By combining her razor-sharp wit with her expertise in mindfulness, Ruby takes modern-day issues of stress and self-deprecation and teaches you how to think a little differently so you learn how to cope with these all too-common problems.
