Photo Flash: Countdown to Fringe hit BIT OF SUNSHINE's London Transfer Begins
With exactly one week until Nicole Zweiback's award-winning play, Bit of Sunshine,opens at London's Theatre503, KILTER theatre and Bloody Deeds Productions have released a selection of exclusive photos to begin the countdown. The photos depict Zweiback's compelling performance, most recently seen at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Directed by Ed Theakston and Katie Coull, who met Zweiback while training at East 15 Acting School, Bit of Sunshine has been commended for its raw, penetrating portrayal of one girl's struggle with mental health issues. In its debut performance at the LOST Theatre One Act Festival, the production won the Best Play award. At the Edinburgh Fringe the piece received audience and critical acclaim.
In a co-production with Theatre503, London audiences now have another chance to see the play. It will be playing at 8pm on Sunday 25th and Monday 26th September 2016.
