The New Theatre in Cardiff has announced its list of upcoming Spring events and shows.

This week see the world through the eyes of eight year old Scout Finch as her childhood is changed forever.  Scout's lawyer father has taken on the case of a black man accused of attacking a white woman.  It's a case he's not expected to win in a small town where guilt is already presumed.  In the thought provoking stage adaptation of Harper Lee's modern classic To Kill A Mockingbird Clwyd Theatr Cymru take you back to 1930s America during the Great Depression for a night of gripping drama that will leave a deep and lasting impression on both young and old alike.  Suggested Age 12+

Let's do the time warp again!  Grab your fishnets and suspenders for a night of naughtiness when Frank 'n' Furter and the gang land at the New with the explosive musical The Rocky Horror ShowDavid Bedella is back as the mischievous Frank and you won't want to miss seeing TV chef Ainsley Harriott or panto favourite Christopher Biggins starring as the Narrator.  All your favourite songs including Damn It Janet, Sweet Transvestite and of course the Time Warp are ready for you to dance and sing along to - but be quick as this show has nearly sold out!  Best seats now are available for Monday 8 or Tuesday 9 March.  Be warned, this show has rude parts!

Enjoy a one night stand with one of the country's campest comedians, Julian Clary in his hilarious one man show - Lord of the Mince.  Now in his fiftieth year, the acid tongued funny man will regale you with stories from his twenty-five years in show business.  A regular fixture on television, Julian is proving equally as popular at the Box Office, so book your tickets now for an evening of quick witted humour on Sunday 14 March.

Dust off your fez and box of magic tricks as for one night only, Monday 15 March, Tommy Cooper is brought back to life on the New's stage in the hilarious Jus' Like That!  Expect an evening of big laughs from an even bigger man as Holby City actor Clive Mantle steps into the extra large shoes of the late great comedian.  As well as taking a look at the man behind the scenes, the show celebrates his on stage presence by recreating many of his side-splitting routines and achingly funny one-liners.

Roll up, roll up the circus is coming to town and this time the Moscow State Circus are bringing you their award winning show Legenda from Wednesday 17 March.  You'll be transported from your theatre seat straight into the Big Top as you are dazzled by body twisting contortionists, amazed by the high flying trapeze artists and astounded by the wife who dares to shoot an apple from the head of her husband using seven simultaneous crossbows!  With a special price of £15 for under 16s, this is a treat for all the family.

Your little piglets will be squealing with delight when they attend TV favourite Peppa Pig's Party. Using beautifully-crafed puppets join Peppa and George, Suzy Sheep, Danny Dog and Emily Elephant for a show that will stir your youngsters' imaginations. We've added extra performances on Friday 26 March - but don't delay booking your tickets as most performances have already sold out!  For a sneak peek at what's in store visit www.peppapiglive.com
