Murder And Chaos Are Pitted Against Love And Virtue In JEKYLL & HYDE

Based on Robert Louis Stevenson's classic thriller, Jekyll & Hyde- The Musical is the gripping tale of a brilliant mind gone horrifically awry and tells the story of a man's struggle to reconcile the duelling corners of his psyche - those of both "good" and "evil".

In an attempt to cure his ailing father's mental illness by separating traits in the human personality, talented physician Dr. Jekyll inadvertently creates an alternate personality of pure evil, dubbed Mr. Hyde, who wreaks murderous havoc on the city of London.

As his fiancée Emma grows increasingly fearful for her betrothed, a prostitute, Lucy, finds herself dangerously involved with both the doctor and his alter ego. Struggling to control Hyde before he takes over for good, Jekyll must race to find a cure for the demon he has created in his own mind.

The brilliant music of Frank Wildhorn gave life to this iconic story and this April, Centre Stage London will further highlight the story's fervour by adopting a punk rock musical interpretation based on the 2006 'Resurrection' studio recording.

Jekyll & Hyde- The Musical director Kelly-Kim Cranstoun says "We are so excited to bring this gothic classic louder and harder into the 21st century with a rocky twist."

"This Is The Moment" for audiences to rock out with the upcoming Centre Stage London production of Jekyll & Hyde- The Musical.
