EDINBURGH 2010: BWW Reviews: FRESHER THE MUSICAL (Zoo Roxy)
By: Carrie Dunn
Fresher is a bright, breezy new musical about the lives and loves of five housemates in their first week at university.
Full of bad language and outrageous humour, but more importantly well-drawn characters and well-written songs performed by a fabulous cast, you'll find yourself cringing and cackling with recognition. The audience at the Zoo Roxy lapped every second up, particularly the comic interludes from Steven Aspinall as Rupert and the amazing voice of Natasha Barnes as Ally.
Fingers crossed that this show will continue to develop - it deserves a wider audience.
