Sell a Door Theatre Company Ltd presents The History Boys, a play by Alan Bennett, playing at the Greenwich Theatre, for one week only, from tonight, 18th June to 24th June, 2012.

Sell a Door welcomes a whole host of new faces as well being joined by a couple of familiar ones for the cast. Artistic Director David Hutchinson returns to the stage to play Irwin, and Marcus Taylor (previous credits include The Philanderer and Proof) plays The Headmaster.

The cast features Richard Rycroft as Hector, Adam Lawrence as Dakin, Joe Morrow as Scripp, Lawrence Murphy as Posner, Alasdair Hankinson as Rudge, David Ellis as Lockwood, Chris Aukett as Timms, Andrew Chase as Crowther, Shamir Dawood as Akthar, David Hutchinson as Irwin, Amanda Reed as Mrs. Lintott and Marcus Taylor as The Headmaster.

The History Boys will be directed by Phillip Rowntree with Anna Fox as assistant director. The show will be designed by Richard Evans.
