For a fortnight this November, Mimetic Festival comes to Waterloo, popping up in the Vaults with the very best devised, physical and visual theatre, puppetry and cabaret. Across numerous theatre and cabaret spaces, Mimetic 2014 will also run a late-night festival bar featuring cabaret performances and club nights.

Now entering its third year, Mimetic Festival has played host to some of the most exciting international companies working in theatre and cabaret today. Past participants include Boris and Sergey, London Cabaret Award winner Dusty Limits, Fosters Comedy Award winner clown Doctor Brown, PIT Theatre's Kubrick3, and the Talent! Spain award-winning Teatro En Vilo.

This year, audiences can have their say in programming as Mimetic 2014 is offering a bursary to one young company to take part in the festival; they will cover the entire fees for a week-long run, and the winner will be selected by public vote from YouTube videos. The festival programme is currently being finalised and spaces are still available for companies wishing to take part.

To apply for the bursaries or apply for space at Mimetic 2014, visit www.mimeticfest.com.

The festival will take place at The Vaults, Leake Street, London SE1 7NN from Tuesday 18th through Saturday 29th November 2014. Press launch: Monday 17th November, 6.30pm.
