This Saturday evening, May 13, at Massey Hall, we welcome Ira Glass, the creator, producer & host of the award-winning, iconic weekly public radio program This American Life. Glass returns to Toronto for a unique evening of storytelling.

This weekend, we also present the final installment of this season's National Geographic Live titled Rhinos, Rickshaws, and Revolutions featuring award-winning photojournalist, Ami Vitale. Her career has brought her face-to-face, not just with violence and conflict, but also with surreal beauty and the enduring power of the human spirit. She's lived in mud huts and war zones, contracted malaria, and donned a panda suit-all in keeping with her philosophy of "living the story."

UPCOMING SUMMER LISTINGS:

Saturday, June 10 Classic Albums Live - Rush, 2112 - MASSEY HALL
In addition to being a favourite for Rush fans, 2112 has a particular resonance for us here at Massey Hall: The album's 1976 tour ended with a 3-night stand at the Hall, recorded and released as the band's next album, All the World's A Stage. Classic Albums Live and its roster of A-list musicians from across the country perform 2112 in it's entirety, note for note, cut for cut.

Wednesday, June 14 Four Voices - MASSEY HALL
Legendary artists and longtime friends Joan Baez, Mary Chapin Carpenter, and the Indigo Girls' Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, will share the stage this June in a special group performance as Four Voices. The only Canadian stop on their limited North American tour.

Friday, June 23 Live At Massey Hall: The Wooden Sky & Jenn Grant - MASSEY HALL
ECMA winner, three-time JUNO Award nominee, and Polaris long-lister Jenn Grant brings her new album Paradise to Massey Hall. Joining Grant on the bill will be JUNO Award nominated Toronto band, The Wooden Sky, performing from their critically acclaimed latest album, Swimming in Strange Waters.

Wednesday, June 28 Tami Neilson - MOD CLUB THEATRE
Tami Neilson has been described as "A red-hot honky-tonker, somewhere between Patsy Cline and Wanda Jackson with perhaps just a little bit of Peggy Lee sophistication." She has shared the stage opening for Royal Wood, and a cross Canada tour with Colin James, stopping at Massey Hall where she received a standing ovation.
