The Second City will present two holiday shows this season with The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Sweater, perfect for family outings or office holiday parties; and the return of Miracle on Mercer Street, holiday fun for ages 4 and up!

There are two kinds of people in the world, those with holiday cheer and those with . . . out. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Sweater will make fun of all the washed up, broken down traditions that tend to plague the holiday season. On stage November 20, 2017 to January 5, 2018, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Sweater will serve up a delightful mix of satirical sketches and songs to keep Saint Nicks and Scrooges alike in a jolly mood from now until the snow melts.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Sweater is written and performed by The Second City Touring Company (TourCo), featuring Sharjil Rasool (Odd Squad), Jillian Welsh (No Place), Clare McConnell (Star Trek: Discovery), Phatt Al (Bob Curry Fellowship), Josh Murray (Songbuster) and Natalie Metcalf (The Adventures of Tom Shadow). The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Sweater is directed by Karen Parker, with stage manager Natalie Moore and musical director Jordan Armstrong.

On stage from December 16, 2017 to January 5, 2018, The Second City Family Company performs holiday favourite Miracle on Mercer Street! Featuring The Second City's adorable puppet troupe and their funny human friends, Miracle on Mercer Street tells the story of a 13 year old girl who spends the winter holiday visiting her grandmother in the town of Hollydale. But the town is being torn apart as the residents clash over their different traditions, and a dastardly mayor's plan to chop down the town's oldest tree!

Miracle on Mercer Street is written and directed by Reid Janisse, and will star Miriam Drysdale (One Night Only: The Greatest Musical Never Written), Sheri Godda (Godda Kuch), Tom Hearn (Kinsey Fail) and Rundeep Khaira ('Nuff Said). Musical Direction by Ayaka Kinugawa and Stage Management by Sam Polito.

The Mainstage Revue, Party Today, Panic Tomorrow, continues with performances until February 3, 2018, including two special shows on New Year's Eve with champagne, signature cocktails, and party favours.
