HERE'S TO LIFE Comes to the Lula Lounge


Many of Canada's top theatre talent will be hitting the stage at Lula Lounge this upcoming Monday, October 3rd. Presented by ONE NIGHTSTAND RECORDS, and RUTHERFORD MANG INC., HERE'S TO LIFE - An Evening of Cabaret and Celebration is the inaugural concert in support of The Leanne Mang Foundation.

The brainchild of ALLI MANG (actor, author and The Shopping Channel personality), HERE'S TO LIFE brings together a star-studded cast as she honours the life of her sister, Leanne, who took her own life ten years ago.

Cast members include David Rogers (celebrated as Canada's leading man, star of Mirvish's The Phantom of the Opera); Arlene Duncan (2012 Female Vocalist of the Year at the Canadian Black Music Awards, Dora Award Winner for Caroline or Change); Mark Cassius (Broadway's Showboat, Ragtime and Jesus Christ Superstar); REBECCA POFF (New York/Chicago runs of The First Wives Club); JENNIFER WALLS (voice of TV's Family Jr.); JUSTIN BACCHUS (jazz/soul rock musician extraordinaire); Elicia MacKenzie (World Premiere of The Little Prince, winner of CBC's How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria); ADELE MACKENZIE (Stratford Festival); CRAIG ASHTON (Canadian Opera Company); Lorraine Foreman (Original Broadway cast of Oklahoma!); SHAHI TERUKO (Broadway's Hair); Callandra Dendias (Sophie in Mirvish's Mamma Mia!); JESSE GRANDMONT (Rainbow Stage's Ring of Fire); JUNE CROWLEY (Mirvish's The Phantom of the Opera) and ROB CHRISTIAN (world-renowned multi-instrumentalist).

The phenomenal band is lead by STU HARRISON on piano, with ROSS MACINTYRE on bass, MARK MICKLETHWAITE on drums and ERIC ST.LAURENT on guitar.

Partial proceeds from HERE'S TO LIFE are being donated to Lighthouse, an organization that offers support to grieving children and families that have lost loved ones unexpectedly to suicide.

Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door. Reservations are recommended and guarantee a table. Doors open at 6:15pm and the performance begins at 7:30pm.
