Fly on the Wall Theatre continues its exploration of the works of acclaimed Irish playwright, Conor McPherson, with the Canadian professional premiere of Dublin Carol, Nov. 14-26, 2017, at Toronto's Artscape Youngplace, 180 Shaw Street.

Dublin undertaker, John Plunkett, is a man haunted by his past - a past he would sooner forget. It's the morning of Christmas Eve and he's back in his office with his new assistant, after overseeing an early morning funeral. Then an unexpected visit from his estranged daughter throws his daily routine into turmoil. It's a visit that forces him to confront the ghosts of his past, and one that offers him a final opportunity to make things right.

Directed by Fly on the Wall's Co-Artistic Producer, Rod Ceballos (cited by Now Magazine for Outstanding Direction/2013 Toronto Fringe), Dublin Carol features David Mackett (Port Authority and Cold Comfort with Fly on the Wall), James Wallis and Julia Nish-Lapidus (Co-Artistic Directors of Shakespeare BASH'd). Patrick Brennan (Port Authority with Fly on the Wall) is the Set and Lighting Designer.
