Bruce Cockburn Brings Bone on Bone to Massey Hall

2017 Canadian Songwriter's Hall of Fame Inductee Bruce Cockburn returns to Massey Hall with his new album, Bone On Bone (True North Records), his first full-length album in seven years.
Since the release of his self-titled debut album in 1970, the 12-time JUNO Award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter has enjoyed an illustrious career shaped by politics, spirituality, and musical diversity. Cockburn has deftly captured the joy, pain, fear, and faith of human experience in song, earning him a Governor General's Performing Arts Award and an induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
With Bone on Bone, his critically acclaimed 33rd album, "Cockburn brings his playing to a new level of accomplishment" (Exclaim! ) and "rings out with the expert craft of a legend" with lyrics that "have the urgent feel of a passionate artist just starting out." (NPR Music, World Café)
