Pink Martini is a 15-piece 'little orchestra' from Portland, Oregon with a cool and eclectic sound. Their first song 'Sympathique' became an overnight sensation in France and remains a mantra ('Je ne veux pas travailler' or 'I don't want to work') for striking French workers. Now they meet the big orchestra of the SSO. With classic songs and original material, their style crosses classical, jazz, lounge and Latin genres with an international vibe for heart-warming, toe-tapping songs you're sure to love. Or, as they put it themselves: 'The United Nations meets Breakfast at Tiffany's.
