Whether it’s your dream to stand in the spotlight, performing in front of thousands, or you simply want to beef up your public speaking skills for whichever career your future holds, a minor in theatre at William Woods University can take you there. You will take a variety of courses and electives, introducing you to the magic of theatre, from stagecraft to acting, directing, makeup and more. Gain experience performing on stage at Cutlip Auditorium in front of 1200 audience members, or practice your techniques in our dance studio, scene shops, or on air in our radio/television studios. Fall in love with the art of performance with the minor in theatre and learn valuable skills in presenting in front of an audience — no matter what the role.
