The Time Out New York Lounge, in association with New World Stages and 21st Century Life, moved on to Week Four of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DRAG ! This sassy elimination competition on Wednesday nights features themed performances, ruthlessly scrutinized by a rotating panel of celebrity judges, at the Time Out New York Lounge at New World Stages, 340 West 50th Street (between Eighth & Ninth Avenues). This week's judges were fabulous Charles Busch and the extraordinary cast of The Divine Sister, now playing Off-Broadway at the Soho Playhouse.

The Milk Can Theatre Company (Julie Fei-Fan Balzer, Artistic Director) will kick off its 2010-11 season with the world-premiere of Bethany Larsen's MALFI, INC. - a modern day adaptation of John Webster's classic THE DUCHESS OF MALFI -- with previews set to begin November 10 prior to an official press opening of November 12 at Theatre 54 (244 West 54th Street) in Manhattan. Peculiar Works Project (the OBIE Award-winning company founded in 1993; Co-Artistic Directors Ralph Lewis, Catherine Porter, and Barry Rowell), will present a revival of the Depression Era play 'CAN YOU HEAR THEIR VOICES? (A Play of Our Time)' by Hallie Flanagan and Margaret Ellen Clifford.

Donna Murphy, Sutton Foster and Raúl Esparza will star in Stephen Sondheim and Arthur Laurents' Anyone Can Whistle, the final New York City Center Encores! production of the 2009-2010 season. Anyone Can Whistle, running for five performances April 8 - 11, will be directed and choreographed by Casey Nicholaw with musical direction by Rob Berman.

Mary Murphy, the enthusiastic and passionate judge on 'So You Think You Can Dance,' made her Broadway debut on Tuesday, December 22nd when she joined the sizzling cast of BURN THE FLOOR, including current stars Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Kym Johnson of 'Dancing with the Stars.' Kym, who made her Broadway debut in BURN THE FLOOR on November 27th, took home this season's coveted DWTS Mirror Ball Trophy with partner Donny Osmond. Maks returns to the show after making his Broadway debut in BURN THE FLOOR in July.

'Can I have a hug?,' asked Days of Our Lives actor Yuval David. 'That is the number one question ask of me,' says Florence Henderson as she invited him to come up on stage to receive his hug on Tuesday night at Cabaret at the Castle.

This July The Un-Common Theatre Co's Young Adult performers will present the legendary cult show 'Anyone Can Whistle'. This wacky, intelligent, highly unconventional musical satire points ahead to Stephen Sondheim's groundbreaking work in the 1970s even as it keeps a foot firmly rooted in the musical theatre's golden age.

The Milk Can Theatre Company presents its spring 2009 season: Galileo, written by Bertolt Brecht and directed by Julie Fei-Fan Balzer, and The Science Plays, six short plays inspired by the history of science. Galileo and The Science Plays will run in repertory April 30 through May 17. All performances will take place at Urban Stages, 259 West 30th Street.

Told through 24 songs and actual first-hand accounts, the new musical revue----'Brother, Can You Spare A Dime?' Songs and Stories from The Great Depression will open Sunday, March 8th (3PM) at Off-Broadway's Triad Theatre (158 West 72nd Street ~ between Broadway & Columbus Avenue). Conceived and staged by Bill Daugherty, this musical time capsule is produced by Thoroughbred Records and Max Weintraub. Preview performances begin March 6th (7PM) & March 7th (3PM) This engagement will run through June 14th.
