Directed by Noah Brody and Ben Steinfeld, this production premiered in May 2013 at the McCarter Theatre in association with the Fiasco Theater. Into the Woods officially opened last night, January 22, 2015 at the Laura Pels Theatre in the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre (111 West 46th Street). This is a limited engagement thru March 22, 2015.

On November 8, the Ovation Cultural Development Corporation, led by Artistic Director Zhou Zhiqiang, opened Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's INTO THE WOODS at the PLA Theater in Beijing where it will play through February 1, 2015 after which it will tour Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Tainjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Dongguan, Changsha, Wuhan, Xian, Jinan and Zhengzhou. Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre presents a special engagement of Disney's 'Into The Woods,' from Dec. 25, 2014 - Jan. 11, 2015.
