Sean Foley is a British director, writer, comedian and actor. Following early success as part of the comedy double act The Right Size and their long-running stage show The Play What I Wrote, Foley has more recently become a director, including of several West End comedy productions. From 2019 to 2024, he was appointed as Artistic Director of the Birmingham Repertory Theatre.
Foley's other directing credits include Dr Strangelove, The LadyKillers, What the Butler Saw, Jeeves & Wooster in Perfect Nonsense, The Dresser, The Miser, The Man in the White Suit, and The Crown Jewels.
Grant Olding is a musical theatre lyricist and composer whose work for the National includes England People Very Nice, The Man of Mode, The Alchemist and Southwark Fair. He is the recipient of the New York Musical Theatre Festival's Award for Excellence in Musical Theatre Writing for his musical Three Sides.
