Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Rhinebeck Writers Retreat will host nine weeklong in-person residencies for 23 musical theatre writers of nine new musicals between June 27 and August 29.  Writers include Tony-nominee Beth Malone, Emily Saliers of Indigo Girls; Jonathan Larson winners Avi Amon, Sara Cooper, Ty Defoe, and Anna Jacobs and more.

Technically any venue with 500 seats or more, located along Broadway in New York City's Theatre District is a Broadway theatre, and the art that is produced in these special places is widely considered the highest form of theatrical entertainment in the world. Today, forty-one theatres are technically Broadway houses, each with their own rich history. Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones, John Wick, Equus), Katie Brayben (Beautiful - The Carole King Musical, King Charles III, American Psycho) and Annapurna Sriram (Billions, South of Hell) join the previously announced internationally acclaimed actors Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network, Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice) and Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory) to complete the cast of the European premiere of The New Group's critically acclaimed Off-Broadway production, The Spoils. This razor-sharp new comedy, written by and starring Jesse Eisenberg, will transfer for a strictly limited season at London's Trafalgar Studios, from 27 May to 13 August, with press night on 2 June.

The Japanese Musical Film focuses on the golden age of Japan's 'popular song film' starring teen idols and TV stars from the 50s and 60s.

The fledgling studio promptly established itself as one of the major film producers of the second golden age of Japanese cinema, specializing in low- to no-budget productions that have become absolute cult classics.

2012 Academy Award winner Christopher Plummer recreates his Tony Award winning role in the film adaptation of BARRYMORE, directed & adapted by Érik Canuel, which will be theatrically released jointly by BY Experience and Image Entertainment beginning Thursday, November 15 in New York and Los Angeles. BARRYMORE is based on the play by William Luce.
