For the first time the reconstructed Globe Theatre will stage Shakespeare's most sumptuous and spectacular plays - Henry VIII on 15 May. Dominic Rowan will play the iconic Tudor King after his recent performance in the west-end production of The Misanthrope, and celebrated performance as Touchstone in the Globe's 2009 production of As You Like It.

Northlight Theatre continues its 35th Anniversary Season with Hugh Leonard's A Life, directed by Artistic Director BJ Jones and featuring Tony Award winner John Mahoney with an all-Chicago cast. The production runs March 18 - April 25, 2010 at Northlight Theatre, 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie.

Matt Cavenaugh joins Alec Baldwin and Daniel Davis in the New York Philharmonic Stravinsky's L'Histoire du Soldat (A Soldier's Tale) Sunday, May 2, 2010 as part of The Russian Stravinsky: A Philharmonic Festival conducted by Valery Gergiev, which runs April 21 to May 8th at Avery Fisher Hall. Martin Crimp's internationally acclaimed production 'The City' opened in Toronto for its Canadian Premiere on Friday, March 19th, 2010. BWW was on hand to get interviews with all three cast members. They talk to us about what it is like being in this production, as well as the unique experience of being the first actors to present this work in Canada.

Elaine Paige will celebrate the release of her concert DVD with an appearance at Dress Circle in London. Paige will sign copies of her DVD for fans beginning at 1:30pm on February 27th. The DVD is from a concert stop on Paige's 40th Anniversary Tour. The concert, entitled 'Live in Australia,' was filmed during the New Zealand/Australian tour that took place earlier this year. This specific concert took place on October 31st, 2009.

The video shows material from a concert stop on Paige's 40th Anniversary Tour.
