More of television's most beloved and iconic stars will be honored at the 'TV Land Awards 2011,' it was announced today by TV Land. The wildly popular '80s comedy series 'The Facts of Life' will receive the Pop Culture Award at the annual awards show which tapes for the very first time in New York City at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Sunday, April 10 and airs on TV Land on Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Additionally, Mr. Kotter himself, Gabe Kaplan, and Robert Hegyes, 'Sweathog' Juan Epstein, will join the rest of the cast of 'Welcome Back, Kotter' as the show receives the 35th Anniversary Award.

The renowned Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA) pulls out the stops with two matinee and one evening performance of its annual holiday musical extravaganza - featuring guest appearances by country music legend LeAnn Rimes and Broadway star Sheryl Lee Ralph, and led by guest conductor Tim Seelig, in his GMCLA debut - Saturday, December 18, 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday, December 19, 2010, 3 p.m., at the Alex Theatre in Glendale. Some 150 choristers, resplendent in holiday finery, do Santa proud with a bundle of beloved seasonal works, and dazzling Twelve Days of Christmas 'Black-Light Puppet Spectacular.' A team of merry elves adds to the musical festivities, which kick off the choir's 2010-11 Season, its 32nd.

Hollywood and Broadway legends Kaye Ballard, Donna McKechnie and Liliane Montevecchi will star in a one-night-only gala performance 'From Broadway with Love' at the historic Lensic Performing Arts Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Broadway performance will benefit Animal Protection of New Mexico, a non-profit organization that has been challenging historic and widespread animal cruelty in New Mexico for more than 30 years. Hilary Knight, internationally renowned illustrator, will design the art for the event.

Cherry Jones, who can currently be seen in the hit TV show 24 as President Allison Taylor, has appeared in Oceans Twelve, The Village, Signs, and Cradle Will Rock, and in guest appearances on television shows including 'The West Wing' and 'Frasier.' Ms. Jones won Tony awards in 1995 for her leading role in The Heiress and in 2005 for her leading role in Doubt, and won an Emmy award in 2009 for her role in 24.
