Sail off on a swashbuckling excursion with Jeremy Jacob and his pirate friends, as the cast of Dallas Children's Theater's (DCT) National Touring Production of HOW I BECAME A PIRATE returns to the city for a summer run. Based on the book by Melinda Long, this joyful family musical is sure to leave all budding pirates singing and dancing in the aisles. HOW I BECAME A PIRATE runs from June 15 - July 8 at the Rosewood Center for Family Arts.

Amidst the glittering sea and sky of the Caribbean, real life cruise enthusiasts Alexa PenaVega (Spy Kids franchise) and her husband Carlos PenaVega ('Big Time Rush') star in 'Love at Sea,' a new, original movie airing on Hallmark CHANNEL as part of the network's annual 'Summer Nights' programming event. Based on Barbara Oliverio's book 'Love on the Lido Deck,' 'Love at Sea' is the networks second collaboration with the PenaVegas, who also serve as first-time executive producers on the film.

Audiences will set sail on the journey of a lifetime, complete with cutthroat pirates, a treasure map and a courageous boy entangled in a dangerous swashbuckling expedition, when Ken Ludwig's TREASURE ISLAND arrives at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park April 21. This epic theatrical adaptation runs through May 19 (Opening Night is April 26).
