PITTSBURGH – The wonderful world of Disney joins the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra with high-resolution film clips and  beloved music and songs for PNC Pops: Disney in Concert Tale as Old as Time, June 19-21 at Heinz Hall.

Bristol Riverside Theatre explores what it means to be an American with its production of Ragtime on March 17-April 12. The Tony Award-winning musical with book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty, and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens is directed by Keith Baker and features Leslie Becker, Derrick Cobey, David Edwards, Tamar Greene, Michael Thomas Holmes, Matt Leisy and Ciji Prosser. Supporting roles will be played by Ciaran Barlow as Edgar, Will Connell as Houdini, Jim Conte as Grandfather, Stephen Dagrosa as Willie Conklin, Sarah J. Gafgen as Emma Goldman, and Chelsey Jean as Evelyn Nesbitt. The ensemble includes Rajeer Alford, Amy L. Cabrillo Music Theatre announces the 2015-2016 season of shows. Three shows new to Cabrillo and to the Civic Arts Plaza, and a returning classic last performed here in 1996, 'A Season for All Seasons' has a show for every season of the year, and all are crowd-pleasers that everyone will enjoy! All of Cabrillo's productions are locally produced, auditioned and rehearsed in Southern California, and performed exclusively at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza.

Producers Jonas Neilson, Paul Lambert and Elizabeth Williams announced today that they've found the founding members of the First Wives Club for the new Broadway-bound musical's premiere at Chicago's Oriental Theatre. Tony Award-winner Faith Prince will play 'Brenda,' Mamma Mia's Christine Sherrill will play 'Elise,' and Wicked star Carmen Cusack will play 'Annie,' in the iconic roles created on film by Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton, respectively.

The Old Globe today announced additional performances for the third production of the 2014 Summer Season, Ronald Harwood's comedy Quartet, directed by Richard Seer (Other Desert Cities, God of Carnage, The Last Romance). Harwood received an Academy Award for his screenplay of The Pianist and was nominated for The Diving Bell and the Butterfly and The Dresser (also a hit on Broadway and the West End). By popular demand, it will now play through Sunday, August 31. Tickets for the extension will go on sale to the general public on Sunday, August 10 at 12:01 a.m.

Quartet will play in the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, part of the Globe's Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, today, July 25 - August 24, 2014.
