Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College launches its Headliners Series with Broadway legend TOMMY TUNE in Steps in Time: A Broadway Biography in Song and Dance on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at 3pm.

Tommy Tune celebrates his five decades in show biz in a new show called Steps in Time: A Broadway Biography in Song and Dance. Tune is interviewed by NY Nightly News anchor, Chuck Scarborough.

Audiences will have the opportunity to see a full spectrum of dance companies, local and international, on The Joyce Theater stage during its 2011 spring / summer season.

Kurt Gutenbrunner - chef and proprietor of New York City restaurants Wallsé, Café Sabarsky, and Blaue Gans and the wine bar The Upholstery Store - will design the menu to be served on Friday, May 28, 2010.

Fela!, the critically acclaimed new musical based on the life and music of groundbreaking African composer, performer and activist Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, is directed and choreographed by Tony® Award-winner Bill T. Jones (Spring Awakening), with a book by Jim Lewis and Bill T. Jones. Sahr Ngaujah and Kevin Mambo play the title character at alternate performances, while the world renowned Antibalas and other members of the NYC Afrobeat community, under the direction of Aaron Johnson, perform Kuti's rousing music live onstage.
