MGM Resorts International announce the June line up of entertainment, sports, and special events.

The Colony Theatre is thrilled to present the first production of its 37th season of shows - its first ever with six productions instead of five. The production is the West Coast Premiere of YEAR ZERO, written by Michael Golamco and directed by David Rose.

Celebrating Great American Stories series. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the Tony Award for Best Play, LOST IN YONKERS is as funny as it is poignant and is certain to leave you spellbound with laughter and tears. Featuring Tony Award-winner and Arizona favorite Judy Kaye, and directed by Samantha K. Wyer, LOST IN YONKERS plays in Tucson at the Temple of Music and Art from February 26 through March 19, 2011. Rochelle Slovin, Director of Museum of the Moving Image, today announced the complete schedule for the screenings and programs that will celebrate the grand re-opening of America's only museum dedicated to film, television, and digital media.

Celebrated actress and two-time Tony Award-winner Frances Sternhagen will be joining the confluence of artists and audiences for Florida Stage's 5th Annual 1st Stage New Works Festival. Ms. Sternhagen will be featured in a staged reading of legendary playwright Israel Horovitz' new play Beverley on Saturday, February 5, 2011. On Friday, February 4, in place of the Festival's usual Keynote speech, Ms. Sternhagen will take part in what is being called 'A Conversation with Frances Sternhagen.' Florida Stage Producing Director Louis Tyrrell will conduct a public interview with Sternhagen on stage in the Persson Hall at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The Florida Stage 1st Stage New Works Festival takes place February 3-6, 2011. Houston Grand Opera (HGO) will present its forty-first world premiere, To Cross the Face of the Moon / Cruzar la Cara de la Luna, commissioned by HGO through its Song of Houston project. Music by José 'Pepe' Martinez, music director of Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, with libretto by acclaimed Broadway director and author Leonard Foglia, the opera will be performed in concert by a cast that includes mezzo-soprano Cecilia Duarte, baritone and HGO studio alumnus Octavio Moreno, and Martinez, together with Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, on Saturday, November 13, 2010, at the Wortham Theater Center in Houston, Texas. This will be Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán's only Houston performance in 2010.
