The series will feature seven leading and emerging NYC-based soloists including Sandra Bernhard, Tovah Feldshuh, Judy Gold, and Jackie Hoffman performing one-woman shows and a special opening lecture/film event. The Baruch Performing Arts Center is located on the campus of Baruch College in Manhattan on East 25th Street between Lexington & 3rd Aves.

BAX | Brooklyn Arts Exchange has announced the 2013 Artist-In-Residence Year End Performances. Featuring BAX's Artists-In-Residence (AIR), these performances culminate a shared journey through the creative process. Carnegie Hall today announced that a $10 million major gift from Judith and Burton Resnick will provide important support toward its Studio Towers Renovation Project, a comprehensive undertaking that will create new inspirational spaces for music education on the building's existing upper floors while also fully refurbishing the venue's backstage areas. The project, scheduled to be completed and opened in 2014, will be transformational for Carnegie Hall, creating new facilities designed to make great music accessible to as many people as possible.
