Mark Moraghan, best known for playing Consultant Owen Davies, a role he played for 5 years in BBC1's Holby City, will join the cast of West End hit Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical, to play mechanic Bob. Moraghan joins previously announced new cast member Richard Grieve, who plays Tick, from 7 March 2011. The Olivier award-winning musical, which is currently booking at the Palace Theatre until 7 January 2012, also stars Don Gallagher as Bernadette and Oliver Thornton as Adam.

As Priscilla Queen Of The Desert The Musical approaches its second birthday in the West End, Richard Grieve, best known for his role as Jonny Foster in ITV1's Emmerdale, will join the Company to play Tick from Monday 7 March 2011.

With some theatres already reporting that Midnight Tango is their fastest selling show of 2011, the producers of Midnight Tango have responded by adding further performances at certain venues on the nationwide tour, which begins in Southampton at the Mayflower Theatre on 6 April.

FOOTLOOSE: The Dance Musical will begin performances for its fifth UK tour on Friday, January 21 at the Newcastle Theatre Royal, ending its run at the Leeds Grand Theatre on Saturday, July 2, 2011.

Jane Austen's Emma - A Musical Romantic Comedy, with book, music and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Paul Gordon and direction by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun, will run in the Old Globe Theatre Jan. 15 - Feb. 27. Preview performances run Jan. 15 - Jan. 22. Opening night is Jan. 23 at 7:00 p.m.

Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the complete cast and creative team for Jane Austen's Emma - A Musical Romantic Comedy. The musical, with book, music and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Paul Gordon and direction by Tony Award nominee Jeff Calhoun, will run in the Old Globe Theatre Jan. 15 - Feb. 27. Preview performances run Jan. 15 - Jan. 22. Pasadena Playhouse (Sheldon Epps, Artistic Director and Stephen Eich, Executive Director) announced principal casting for the new musical DANGEROUS BEAUTY by Jeannine Dominy (book), Amanda McBroom (lyrics) and Michele Brourman (music). Joining the principal cast, with previously announced lead actress Jenny Powers (Broadway's Grease) as Veronica Franco, are James Snyder (Drama League Award-nominee for Broadway's Crybaby) as Marco, Bryce Ryness (Drama Desk Award-nominee for Broadway's Tony Award-winning revival of Hair) as Maffio, Laila Robins (Broadway's Heartbreak House) as Paola, Michael Rupert (Tony and Drama Desk Awards for Sweet Charity) as Domenico, Megan McGinnis (Ovation Award-nominee for the Rubicon Theatre's Daddy Long Legs) as Beatrice, John Antony (Broadway's Passion) as Pietro and Morgan Weed (Second Stage Theatre's Next to Normal) as Giulia. Tony Award-nominee Sheryl Kaller directs the world premiere, which begins performances on February 1, 2011 with the official press opening on February 13, 2011 at Pasadena Playhouse (39 S. El Molino Avenue).

The Notes from Home series at the Sheldon begins Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 7:30 pm with An Evening with Ben Nordstrom with musical director Neal Richardson. Ben Nordstrom is a St. Louis transplant who enjoys a busy life on and off the stage. His many stage credits include roles in musicals and plays, Off-Broadway and at regional theatres across the country.
