One of the most romantic stories ever written, THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY 2014 Tony Award-winning Best Original Score and Best Orchestrations, makes its North Texas debut at the Music Hall at Fair Park February 2-14, 2016, presented by Dallas Summer Musicals.

California Musical Theatre and BroadwayWorld bring you the 2016 lineup for Sacramento Music Circus at the Wells Fargo Pavilion, the 66th season for the venerable institution. Encores! Artistic Director Jack Viertel today announced the creative teams for New York City Center's 2016 Encores! season. J. Bernard Calloway, Chuck Cooper, Marva Hicks, Carly Hughes, LaChanze, Norm Lewis, Forrest McClendon, and J.D. Webster will star in Vernon Duke and John Latouche's jazz?filled fable Cabin in the Sky, running for seven performances at City Center from February 10-14. The 1940 musical will be directed by Tony Award winner Ruben Santiago?Hudson with choreography by Camille A. Brown.

Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. There are a few things that you can say about the new musical-comedy CRAZY EX-GIRLFRIEND's first two episodes; they have been funny, and they have been crazy. However, as the show's resident heartthrob Vincent Rodriguez III told me, the audience is in for a lot more of both. 'It gets funnier and crazier, believe it or not,' Rodriguez said. 'It's just like this thing that rolls down the hill, and it doesn't stop, it just gets heavier each time.'

Based on the motion picture written by Adrienne Shelly the new musical has a book by Jessie Nelson, music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, direction by Diane Paulus, and choreography by Chase Brock.
