Marin County will celebrate the 2017 Marin County Fair Let The Funshine In! from June 30 to July 4, 2017.  The Marin County Fair: Let the Funshine In celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love emphasizing Marin's dedication to the things we value most in our community, Family, Art, Agriculture and the Environment. In 1967, the Summer of Love kicked-off with a two-day concert on Mt. Tamalpais called the Fantasy Fair and Magic Mountain Music Festival. Nearly 100,000 young people converged on the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood, turning the Bay Area into the epicenter of a cultural phenomenon known as the Summer of Love. During this transformative time, music, fashion, art and new ideas flourished and there was a feeling that everything was possible.  

Chuck Negron's voice is engrained in American musical history through hits like “Joy to the World' and “One” from supergroup Three Dog Night. On June 30, Negron will release the album he's always wanted to release with daughters Charlie and Annabelle also featuring three previously unreleased Three Dog Night tracks.

Based on the French fairy tale of the same name by Jeanne-Marie Leprince de Beaumont, Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST tells the story of a monstrous prince and a young woman who fall in love. Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST will take place every Sunday from May 21 to June 18, 2017.

This is the 50th anniversary of And Miss Reardon Drinks A Little. The play was originally produced in Los Angles in 1967, and in 1971 the comedy opened on Broadway at the Morosco Theatre.
