Here are some of the familiar Broadway faces appearing in prime time tonight (Monday, February 18).

Elaine Paige celebrates her love of jazz classics and contemporary songs in her own unique style in a one-night-only headline performance on Wednesday, February 27, at 8:00pm at McCallum Theatre. Paige is famous for her countless successes on both sides of the Atlantic, from originating the role of Grizabella in Cats to her Broadway debut in Sunset Boulevard. She is an actress, recording artist, producer and broadcaster and has made a major contribution to the modern musical which ensures her own chapter in the entertainment world and justifies the title "The First Lady of Musical Theatre".

This weekend, all roads lead to St. Louis as actors are headed there from all over the country to audition for the Muny's summer production of LES MISERABLES directed by Richard Jay-Alexander and with music direction by Kevin Stites.

Executive Producer Mike Isaacson announced today the directors, choreographers and music directors for its 2013 Season, which opens on June 17 with Monty Python's Spamalot. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) has just announced a two week extension of the American Premiere of Nick Payne's If There Is I Haven't Found It Yet, directed by Michael Longhurst. The limited run, which was originally scheduled to run through November 25 only, will take a 12 day break before resuming performances on December 8 and play two additional weeks through December 23.

Anything Barbra Streisand-related is well worth attending (are you kidding?!), and on Friday, October 5, there was an invited dress rehearsal on the Temple University campus in the Liacouras Center as Barbra Streisand: BACK TO BROOKLYN got its feet wet for the first time in front of about a thousand people.

On the final Sunday in September, I visited The Country Playhouse and got a backstage glimpse into the undertakings on their main stage for FRANKENSTEIN. The set are incomplete, but coming along nicely. The cast has been rehearsing hard, and everything is being put through the paces to ensure that the show is nothing short of a success. I got the chance to speak with Phil Nichols, who is directing the show in addition to designing the FX make-up, Louis Crespo, starring as Victor Frankenstein, and Melissa Nichols who is designing the sets and choreographing the massive and complex set changes.

Jessica Ellerby, Barrie Rutter, Paul Thornley and Susan Tracy will join previously announced company members Teresa Banham, Daisy Beaumont, Georgia Brown, Rob Compton, Matthew Cottle and Steven Edis.

Joining the trio on stage will be Teresa Banham, Daisy Beaumont, Georgia Brown, Rob Compton, Matthew Cottle and Steven Edis, who is also the show's Musical Director. The production runs September 17, 2012 - January 5, 2013, with an opening night scheduled for September 27, 2012.

REBECCA, the new musical based on the classic novel by Daphne du Maurier novel, has found its male and female leads: Jill Paice will play the role of "I" and Ryan Silverman the role of "Maxim de Winter." REBECCA will open on Broadway Sunday, November 18 at The Broadhurst Theatre. Previews will begin Tuesday, October 30.
