Renowned recording artist Tony Bennet will perform for one night only at The Orpheum Theatre on Friday, December 18th at 8:00 PM. The Theatre is proud that this will be Mr. Bennett's third Orpheum engagement, the most recent being in February of 1997. Tony Award-winner Gene Saks, famous for directing Neil Simon plays, died of pneumonia on Saturday in his home in East Hampton, NY. He was 93.

The Kennedy Center presents Children of Eden in Concert on Monday, May 19 at 8 p.m. in the Eisenhower Theater. Today we are talking to an exceptionally accomplished actress known for her many leading and featured roles in a number of illustrious musical theatre properties - among them, part of the original Broadway casts of FALSETTOS, CITY OF ANGELS, PARADE, LESTAT, THE ADDAMS FAMILY, SCANDALOUS and many more - the gifted and genuine Carolee Carmello.
