Tony Award nominee Brandon Uranowitz, currently appearing in An American in Paris, joins the cast of the 2015 Will on the Hill event at the Shakespeare Theatre Company. A favorite bipartisan event of theatre and political fans alike, Will on the Hill returns to the Shakespeare Theatre Company on Monday, June 15, 2015. The cast will also feature special guest performers, STC Affiliated Artist Edward Gero and Samira Wiley, known for her role in Orange is the New Black.

The Kimmel Center is proud to be one of the co-producers of An American in Paris, which won four honors at Sunday's 69th Annual Tony Awards. The popular Broadway stage adaptation was co-produced by the Kimmel Center as part of Elephant Eye Theatrical and the production consortium Five Cent Productions.

Known for his contemporary, abstract choreography, Wheeldon's recent projects ventured towards epic storytelling, as with Cinderella, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and The Winter's Tale. Besides an exuberant audience, what came to mind on Wednesday, April 15th at the Palace Theatre, were current New York City Ballet principal dancer Robert Fairchild's conjuring of Kelly's ghost and Royal Ballet dancer Leanne Cope's delicate emotional tension, yet no-holds barred physicality.
