The Bells of Dublin, a new holiday show conceived and directed by Playhouse Executive/Artistic Director, Jacqueline Hubbard, will premiere at the Ivoryton Playhouse on December 12, 2013. "For 345 days a year, we work around the clock here - maintaining this beautiful building and producing 7 amazing professional shows. The holiday show is our chance to have some fun! I wanted to put together a show with some great music - traditional Irish and American - a little bit of magic and a lot of laughs. So - here 'tis!"

(Nov. 21, 2013) — Central City Opera announces the Theatre of Dreams Gala, an elegant evening in a beautiful downtown Denver venue to raise money for the company's opera and musical theater productions and year-round programs. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 5 at the newly renovated McNichols Civic Center Building located at 144 West Colfax (corner of West Colfax and Bannock) in Denver.

The Donmar Warehouse is preparing to transfer both of its critically acclaimed Conor McPherson productions, The Night Alive and The Weir, within the next two months. The Night Alive will make its American premiere at The Atlantic Theater off-Broadway on the 30 November 2013, with The Weir opening at Wyndham's Theatre in the West End on the 16 January 2014.

The shortlist for the annual Evening Standard Theatre Awards has been announced. Winners revealed at a ceremony presented by Damian Lewis at the Savoy Hotel on November 17, when the recipients of six special awards will also be revealed.
