Elizabeth Synnott to Bring WHY DO FOOLS FALL IN LOVE? to Nunnbetter Theatre, 4/2

On Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 8PM Dumont's Elizabeth Synnott will help usher in the Spring with Why Do Fools Fall In Love?, a night of songs about love, like, and annoyance. Synnott will be accompanied by the incomparable Barbara Ciannella on piano. The evening will take place at Bergenfield's Nunnbetter Theatre (161 Woodbine St., Bergenfield, NJ 07621). Richard Bean's TOAST to Make US Debut at 59E59 Theaters

59E59 Theaters will host the US premiere of TOAST, written by Richard Bean and directed by Eleanor Rhode. Produced by Snapdragon Productions, in association with Jagged Fence Theatre for the 2016 Brits Off Broadway festival, TOAST begins performances on Wednesday, April 20 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 22.  Press opening is Wednesday, April 27 at 7 PM.

Wareham and Hershey Felder Presents are thrilled to announce the fourth show in the Laguna Playhouse 2015-2016 season, Tony Award-winner Anthony Crivello and Vanessa Claire Stewart starring in LOUIS & KEELY: 'LIVE' AT THE SAHARA, written by Vanessa Stewart, Taylor Hackford & Jake Broder, choreography by Vernel Bagneris and directed by Taylor Hackford.  "Our subscribers and audiences are about the have the time of their lives as we transport them to 1950's Las Vegas and beyond and the incomparable song-stylings of Louis Prima and Keely Smith," says Wareham. LOUIS & KEELY: 'LIVE' AT THE SAHARA will begin previews on Wednesday, February 24; will open on Saturday, February 27 and will run through Sunday, March 27, 2016 at the Laguna Playhouse, 606 Laguna Canyon Road in Laguna Beach.

This winter Company of Fools (COF) will present the romantic comedy, Almost, Maine, by playwright John Cariani as the final show in their 20th Anniversary season. COF presented a reading of Almost, Maine back in January of 2015 to 150 wildly enthusiastic audience members, and now the Company will fully realize this magically romantic comedy, February 17-March 5.
