92nd Street Y has announced the 2011 line-up for Lyrics & LyricistsTM, its celebrated American Songbook series. Deborah Grace Winer will return for her third season as artistic director of the series. Guest artistic directors of the season's individual concerts will be John Pizzarelli, Jessica Molaskey, David Loud, Ted Chapin, and Amanda Green; Winer will create one of the season's shows as well.

Intiman Theatre Presents ALL MY SONS, 3/18-4/17

Intiman Theatre opens its 2011 Season with All My Sons, written by Arthur Miller and directed by Seattle theatre artist Valerie Curtis-Newton, featuring an ensemble of 10 actors led by veteran performers Chuck Cooper and Margo Moorer. Performances begin Friday, March 18 and continue through Sunday, April 17. Tickets are on sale now to season subscribers and are available to the general public beginning February 7. Purchases can be made at www.intiman.org or 206.269.1900. In Arthur Miller's Tony Award-winning family drama, the issues that surface are just as compelling today as when the play debuted in 1947. Artistic Director Kate Whoriskey says, 'All My Sons is one of the most beautifully structured plays in the American canon. Miller slowly reveals to the audience how a man of some means and ethics can make a devastating choice that forever alters a community.'

Grammy and Emmy Award winner, Tony Award nominee and multi-platinum recording artist Harry Connick, Jr. will star in a reimagined production of ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER opening fall 2011 on Broadway at a theatre to be announced. The delightful Tony Award nominated score by Burton Lane (music) and Alan Jay Lerner (lyrics) is enhanced by classics from their film scores for On A Clear Day You Can See Forever (1970) and Royal Wedding (1951). With a new book by Peter Parnell based on the original book by Alan Jay Lerner, the musical is reconceived and directed by Tony Award winner Michael Mayer. Further casting and creative team to be announced shortly.

Producers Thomas Schumacher of Disney Theatrical Productions and Cameron Mackintosh are pleased to announce that Steffanie Leigh will star as 'Mary Poppins' in the North American tour of MARY POPPINS. Leigh, who previously understudied the title role in the touring production, replaces Caroline Sheen, who will play her final performance in Omaha at the Orpheum Theatre on Sunday, February 6th. Leigh officially takes over the role in Omaha on Tuesday, February 8th before the show arrives at the Opera House in Boston on Thursday, February 17th for a limited engagement of five weeks through March 20th. The opening night is Friday, February 18th at 8pm. The Boston engagement of MARY POPPINS is presented by arrangement with Broadway Across America - Boston and is a subscription offering of the Lexus Boston Area Dealers Broadway Across America - Boston Series.
