Coeur d'Alene Summer Theatre (CST) in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho announces Ellen Travolta and Jack Bannon in the revival of Hello, Dolly! as their 45th Anniversary Season opener. CST is delighted to bring back this smash-hit to Northwest audiences. Travolta and Bannon (real-life husband and wife team) portrayed the beloved matchmaker Dolly Levi and the grumpy Horace Vandergeller during CST's 2000 season.

Walkabout Theatre Announces Jeremy Sher in CROW, for 5/20-6/17

Walkabout Theater has announced the world premiere of CROW, created and performed by theater artist Jeremy Sher and directed by Scott Bradley. Performances take place at Victory Gardens Theater, 2433 N. Lincoln Ave., from May 30 - June 17. The opening is Friday, June 1st at 8:00 p.m.

Colony Theatre to Present DAMES AT SEA, Beginning 4/11

The Colony Theatre will present the sixth and final production of its 37th season of shows with the tap-dancing, musical sensation, DAMES AT SEA, book and lyrics by George Haimsohn & Robin Miller, music by Jim Wise , choreography by Lisa Hopkins, musical direction by Dean Mora and directed by Todd Nielsen. DAMES AT SEA will preview on Wednesday, April 11; Thursday, April 12; and Friday, April 13 at 8:00pm and will open on Saturday, April 14 at 8:00pm and continue through Sunday, May 13 at The Colony Theatre, 555 North Third Street (at Cypress) adjacent to the Burbank Town Center.

Broadway Across America (John Gore, Thomas B. McGrath, Beth Williams), Craig Zadan, Neil Meron, Candy Spelling and The Weinstein Company will present the first-ever Broadway revival of PROMISES, PROMISES this spring at the Broadway Theater (1681 Broadway). Previews will begin on Sunday, March 28th, 2010 with an opening night slated for Sunday, April 25th, 2010. The musical is written by legends Neil Simon (book), Burt Bacharach (music), and Hal David (lyrics). Emmy Award winner Sean Hayes will make his Broadway debut starring in the role of Chuck Baxter opposite Tony and Emmy Award winner Kristin Chenoweth, returning to Broadway as Fran Kubelik. Tony and Emmy Award winner Rob Ashford will also make his Broadway directorial debut and choreograph. More casting and creative team members will be announced in the near future.

The smash hit Off-Broadway musical,' Dames at Sea opens the Saint Michael's Playhouse summer 2009 season Tuesday, June 16, and runs through June 27, starring Broadway musical talent top to bottom. Tickets for the show are discounted 20% through the run of the show if bought as part of a four-play season subscription. Performances of 'Dames' are Tuesday, June 16 through Saturday, June 20, at 8 p.m. each evening and Saturday, June 20, and Saturday, June 27, at 2 p.m., on the stage of the McCarthy Arts Center on the campus of Saint Michael's College.
