Murder Mystery Classic LAURA to Play Stoneham Theatre This May

Everyone is a suspect in the murder of Laura Hunt, an irresistibly attractive business woman trying to make her way in the world of advertising. A hard-boiled detective on the case becomes infatuated with her portrait after reading her memoirs, but her closest friends don't trust him. The twists and turns of this film noir classic, adapted for the stage, will have you guessing whodunit.

Blue Note Hawaii, the state's premier venue for the world's most celebrated artists, will be jamming as they welcome legendary reggae supergroup, The Wailers, Grammy Award-winning jazz guitarist Lee Ritenour, Latin percussionist Gerardo Velez and a host of local talent including Willie K, Natalie Ai Kamauu, Melveen Leed and Shari Lynn. The month kicks off with local music icons Henry Kapono, Brother Noland and John Cruz together as the Rough Riders. Blue Note Hawaii also continues Gospel Brunch every Sunday with a 1:00 p.m. showtime, with doors opening at 11:00 a.m.
