The story of The Grinch and Whoville is coming to the Marcus Center for the Performing Arts during their first-ever run of Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas! The Musical. With help from a $31,640 Joint Effort Marketing (JEM) grant from the Wisconsin Department of Tourism, the Marcus Center aims to increase visits to Milwaukee with a special sales promotion for overnight guests. The sales promotion will run in conjunction with performances of The Grinch from Nov. 20-25, 2018.

After a showcase production last winter that garnered unanimous critical praise, POP PUNK HIGH returns for a limited Off-Broadway engagement September 20 - November 1 at (le) poisson rouge -- which recently hosted Cruel Intentions: The Musical. This raucous, raunchy musical comedy celebrating all things early 2000's features a book by Anderson Cook and music & lyrics by Ben Lapidus. It is directed by Felicia Lobo.

Today, in celebration of National Cat Day, producers announced casting for the North American tour of the first ever Broadway revival of CATS. The multi-year tour will launch at Providence Performing Arts Center on January 22, 2019 and play 24 cities in its first season.

The Royal Shakespeare Company's Matilda The Musical has released new production images featuring the previously announced new cast of the multi-award winning show, which is now playing its eighth year in the West End having opened at the Cambridge Theatre seven years ago today on 25 October 2011.

Director of Nuffield Southampton Theatres, Sam Hodges today announces the full cast for the world premiere stage adaptation of David Walliams' Billionaire Boy The Musical. Luke Shepard directs Alex "Teddy" Clements (MD / Ensemble), Ryan Heenan (Joe Spud), Avita Jay (Sapphire / Raj), Eleanor Kane (Lauren), Lem Knights (Bob), Jared Leathwood (Dave Grubb), Natalie Morgan (Sue Grubb), Daisy Noir (Drummer / Ensemble), Dean Nolan (Len Spud) and Sophia Nomvete (Bobs Mum (Gwen). The production, which marks Miranda Cooper and Nick Coler's first musical opens on 28 November, with previews from 19 November, and runs until 6 January in Southampton. Billionaire Boy The Musical then tours to Manchester, Coventry and Cardiff.

Lakewood Theatre Company, in association with FROGTOWN, Oregon's Socially Conscious Entertainment Company, will be presenting the musical show FROGTOWN LIVE! on the Headlee Mainstage at Lakewood Center for the Arts in Lake Oswego, Oregon on Saturday, October 13 at 1:00 PM. Vital Theatre Company is pleased to announce that the long-running hit PINKALICIOUS THE MUSICAL. The one-hour musical, with book and lyrics by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann and music, lyrics and orchestrations by John Gregor, is based on the best-selling children's book 'Pinkalicious' by Elizabeth Kann and Victoria Kann. The musical adaptation is directed by Teresa K. Pond based on the original direction of Suzu McConnell-Wood.

The Royal Shakespeare Company has announced new child casting for the Matilda The Musical UK and Ireland Tour with Sophia Ally and Scarlett Cecil joining Annalise Bradbury and Nicola Turner in sharing the title role of Matilda from 29 August. The West End production will continue to play at the Cambridge Theatre, where it is now in its seventh year and is booking until 20 October 2019.
