SCHOOL OF ROCK, WAITRESS, & More Fill Broadway in Columbus Season, HAMILTON 2018-19

The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) and Broadway in Columbus (BIC) today announced the 2017-18 PNC Broadway in Columbus season. The five-show season, supported in part by PNC, features three productions never before seen in Columbus including School of Rock, Waitress, and An American in Paris. The 2017-18 season also includes the 2015 Tony Award-winning Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodger's & Hammerstein's The King and I and Chicago starring Ohio State football superstar Eddie George.
Broadway in Miami Announces Twelfth Season

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County is proud to announce its 12th season of showcasing Broadway's greatest hits in the Ziff Ballet Opera House with a five-show subscription package that is power-packed with musical blockbusters. The 2017-2018 Broadway in Miami season includes two anticipated South Florida premieres - ON YOUR FEET! (October 5 - 15, 2017), kicking off its first national tour at the Arsht Center, and THE BODYGUARD (April 3 - 8, 2018).

Sony Pictures Animation announced today that Emmy and Tony award winner James Corden (Into the Woods) and Emmy nominee Ilana Glazer (Broad City) would join previously announced T.J. Miller (Deadpool) to lead the cast of summer 2017's animated comedy EMOJIMOVIE: EXPRESS YOURSELF.
Netflix Orders LOST IN SPACE Remake Series

Netflix, the world's leading Internet TV network, has ordered a 10-episode first season of the one-hour sci-fi drama, from Legendary TV, based on the beloved 1960's sci-fi classic from Irwin Allen. Reimagined by feature writing team Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless (Dracula Untold, Last Witch Hunter), with Zack Estrin (Prison Break) showrunning, the series will premiere worldwide on Netflix in 2018.
