The Broadway musical inspired by the electrifying true story of four rock ‘n' roll icons, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins will continue onto a 30 city run in the U.S from 2011 to 2012.

The newest selection of available films is a part of MGM's Limited Edition Collection and available through major online retailers. The sixth installment of releases ranges from 1938's Mr. Wong, Detective starring Boris Karloff to 1992's Laws of Gravity with Edie Falco.

MYSO is proud to announce its 55th anniversary and approaching Alumni Weekend to take place May 27-29, 2011, at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, 325 W. Walnut Street, Milwaukee. Who knew, in 1956, that the Children's Arts Program would grow to become Music For Youth, which would ultimately become the Milwaukee Youth Symphony Orchestra, by several measures the largest youth orchestra program in the U.S.?! The organization invites any and all alumni from its 55 year history to help celebrate this auspicious milestone! The Alumni Weekend will feature social gatherings, alumni orchestra rehearsals culminating in a performance and a special alumni recital featuring several alums who have chosen to pursue music professionally. In addition, fifty-five years worth of photos, programs, newspaper articles, and other Music For Youth memorabilia will be displayed during the weekend. The compelling multimedia, moving-image installations of Berlin-based artist Ming Wong (b. 1971) have garnered increasing international recognition, from the Venice, Sydney and Gwangju Biennales to the Toronto International Film Festival. And now, the Frye Art Museum presents the first U.S. exhibition of the artist's work. With three of Wong's most important installations, Ming Wong: LIFE OF IMITATION is on view January 22 to February 27, 2011.
