West of Lenin is mixing things up with an Out of the Box Cabaret that is full of surprises! Enjoy unexpected ingénues and barrier breaking ballads by fabulous Seattle performers in roles like you've never seen them before! Directed and hosted by Kate Jaeger, this One Night Only event offers two performances and Happy Hour at the WofL Bar.
When asked why she agreed to come on board for this project, Jaeger said, "This show is all about unexpected voices telling familiar stories. You might call this a "Miscast" Cabaret, but miscast is so limiting - I call it a missed opportunity. Our cast is a good mix because they come from different worlds. All of them play in the musical theater world but in different ways!"
